Limited edition classic LP, reissued on 180g vinyl, audiophile pressing.
One of the best albums by the ill-fated trio of Bill Evans with bassist Scott LaFaro and drummer Paul Motian.
Penguin Guide To Jazz review:
"All the Vanguard music is informed by an extra sense of discovery, as if the musicians were suddenly aware of what they were on to and were celebrating the achievement. This is music which continues to provoke marvel and endless study." - Richard Cook & Brian Morton
